Sustainability

Sustainability without compromise

At MedicX, sustainability is more than just about “being green”. Sustainable development must be a fundamental part of the project: ensuring development meets the present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Built in efficiency

With ever-growing environmental concerns, rising fuel costs and new legislation, energy efficiency of modern buildings needs to be at the forefront of the design agenda. Early consideration and incorporation is essential so that energy efficiency and sustainability are “built in” and not just “bolted on”. Sustainability must be addressed holistically on a social, environmental and technological level.
