Operation and maintenance manuals
The Operations and Maintenance manuals contain all the information regarding the construction of your building, who installed what, the Health & Safety file, copies of the drawings and information regarding the building maintenance and how it operates. The manuals need to be kept at the property for reference by anyone carrying out work at the premises and these are readily available from your online system.

All energy and utility bills are also housed within your management system with reports for review and to determine best action.

During the first year all correspondence required for you to efficiently document any defects or problems with your building are also available from the management system.
