Maintaining your building

MedicX is dedicated to helping you maintain your new building as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Your lease will set out the obligations of each party to the lease. With MedicX we will provide as little or as much help as you require to manage your exterior and interior obligations.

Once your individual requirement is established every responsible party is clearly defined and logged in to your online MedicX management system. This allows for easy distribution amongst all members of staff a portal for which they can go to for specific content, responsibility and contact information.

For obligations of your facilities management that you denote to MedicX there is a 24 hour 7 day a week service team available in the first instance by phone. They will move quickly in an emergency where continuity to your practice is critically affected to have the right person to you to deal with the problem. For lesser priority requirements you can be assured that these will be logged and dealt with in a timely manner providing you with peace of mind and issues and requests quickly taken out of your hands ready to be resolved by our facilities management experts.

Likewise our experienced management team will undertake appropriate inspections and make recommendations to reduce, increase or introduce appropriate services as required to benefit your building.

Appointed contractors

We only appoint the best. Real people with a real desire to deliver service excellence. Our list of nationwide approved maintenance contractors and service providers are ‘approved contractors’ who have gone through extensive Health & Safety vetting process to ensure that they have the appropriate working practices, insurances and procedures in place. The details of these contractors will be provided for your help and information purposes only.

MedicX does not receive any commission as a result of listing these contractors on our database and therefore understand that should you have a contractor or service provider you would like to appoint to your premises we will arrange for them to be Health & Safety approved.
