Experience
Growing and developing our knowledge
Operating throughout the UK, MedicX is the leading developer and facilities manager of innovative and purpose designed healthcare premises, providing specialist asset management and performance through a dynamic medical property investment portfolio.
Specialist expertise
MedicX was originally a group company encompassing four divisions, MedicX Adviser, MedicX Manage, MedicX Pharmacy and Primary Asset, the development company which was aquired in May 2006.
MedicX is dedicated to providing modern facilities and cost effective solutions that meet current and future healthcare needs in the primary care market. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon in the growing primary care provision sector. Our experienced team work hard on discovering how to maximise each project and create primary care premises that are future proof and integrate a range of additional services.

Bespoke design
One of the MedicX key concerns is the safety of staff and patients that use its centres. Specialist features are incorporated within the facilities to minimise security risks without appearing threatening or obtrusive. These include specially designed reception areas and the careful consideration of external areas including car parks.
Unique working relationships
At MedicX we value our working partnerships and understand that it is important for everyone to be involved in a new primary care development from the beginning. We work hard to ensure the best possible premises are designed to fulfil the given brief and become something the community can be proud of and enjoy using.
