Taking the strain

The building process can be a very stressful time but MedicX are here to take the strain and allow you to continue your operations. We are highly experienced in negotiating all aspects of the build, from planning applications to ensuring high standards and regulations are met.

Building together

During the build period we will agree a communication plan to keep you and your patients informed with regular updates. We can involve you as little or as much as you like with timely site visits and summary or detailed build updates as required.

Community interaction

With community in mind MedicX encourage as much community liaison and involvement as possible to ensure the new healthcare premises suit the requirements of the local residents with the goal of creating an environment that becomes an integral part of the community.

A fundamental element of the build process is to ensure the local interest groups and community are kept up-to-date throughout the process. We encourage and implement the use of marketing devices such as a dedicated project newsletter, information leaflets and project websites which can be adopted by the new healthcare centres after completion.

Quality assurance

As a long term partner for your premises we take a pride in all of our buildings and have a reputation for quality. It is in our best interests to over deliver to allow our management services to be efficient and to provide a positive platform for future development as required. Each of our premises will incorporate the potential to expand services as opportunities arise in the future and we usually include some expansion space from day one.
