This £5.7 million scheme has transformed the patient experience for the community of Hounslow, offering an enhanced range of healthcare service, an integrated pharmacy and the relocation of the Greenbrook Medical Practice.

After several years of detailed planning and consultation, the construction of the new state of the art health centre is set to offer an enhanced range of services for the community. The project was delivered in partnership with NHS Hounslow and Places for People.
