Investment Acquisition Surveyor
Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking to appoint a recently qualified surveyor to support the asset management team, based at our Head Office in Godalming. Applicants for this new and exciting position must:

Possess a minimum of two years experience in commerical property investment/asset management or development

Have a good eye for detail and strong analytical ability

Excellent commercial awareness, drive and ambition

Excellent communication skills

Proven knowledge and use of excel spreadsheets
This opportunity will suit recently qualified candidates that are self starters looking to join a focused team in a rapidly growing sector. Healthcare property experience is desirable, but not as important as attitude.
