Investment Acquisition Surveyor

Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking to appoint a recently qualified surveyor to support the asset management team, based at our Head Office in Godalming. Applicants for this new and exciting position must:

• Possess a minimum of two years experience in commerical property investment/asset management or development
• Have a good eye for detail and strong analytical ability
• Excellent commercial awareness, drive and ambition
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven knowledge and use of excel spreadsheets

This opportunity will suit recently qualified candidates that are self starters looking to join a focused team in a rapidly growing sector. Healthcare property experience is desirable, but not as important as attitude.
